Best Forever ApS draws attention to protecting Forever Living Products' reputation, the trademark and the logo. In addition, we have created the infinite logo in the Forever Living Products logo on our website to get Forever Living a better reputation.

Once we have received your order , you will receive an order confirmation. email about their costs.
Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is registered in our bank account. We will withdraw the money from your account after we are notified that the item has been handed over.
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. Then you have to pay yours monthly benefit on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.
If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill terminates.

Your package shipment:
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a link where you can track your package online. We recommend that you place your order in one order, as we cannot combine orders after ordering, and therefore both orders will be shipped. Transportation fees may vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.
Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, according to the law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time you have received the purchased item from us. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to (insert email address) or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase:
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to: powder and beverages.
The cost of returning these items is expected to cost a maximum of: 200 DKK.
No right of withdrawal:

Delivery of goods which are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly.
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
The condition of the item when you send it back:
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

If you for any reason want to advertise your products, then it is important that you contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time.
Under Danish law, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months if you are a private customer. Unless you are a business customer, you have a right to make a complaint for 12 months.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Satisfied with a product not to your expectations , you can return the product in whole or in part used with your receipt, and you will get your money back within 14 days without discussion , only minus shipping costs . You have to pay someone the return shipping .
