Turmeric contains curcuminoids, polyphenols which give the herb its bright colour, for example. The most common of these is called curcumin. Polyphenols are chemical compounds found in plants.

Eggs are not only about the yolk and the white. The modern, patented ingredient NEM® eggshell membrane naturally contains a wide range of substances, including collagen and hyaluronic acid.
