What is vitamin C?

If food is kept hot for a long time or reheated several times, the amount of vitamin C decreases. Forever Absorbent-C™ gives you a full 60 mg of vitamin C in a single tablet, which is about 75% of your daily requirement.

It also increases iron absorption in the body and helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Water-soluble dietary fibre

Forever Absorbent-C™ also contains soluble dietary fibre in the form of oat bran. Soluble means that it dissolves in water, and they help to form a gel around the food we ingest.
